Yes, we all will get older with turning another age! However, it doesn’t mean that our “Melanin” has to experience it!

How can you prevent aging skin to quickly? Here’s some tips…
- Protect your skin from the sun everyday. - This means wearing protective clothing, hat and more importantly SpF! Look for a sunscreen that is “SPF 30” or higher. This simple step will protect and help reverse the appearance of aging too quickly and prevent fine lines and wrinkles and sun spots.
- Stop smoking! Smoking greatly speeds up how your skin will age. It will cause dull, sallow skin and wrinkles.
- Eat a healthy, well balanced diet! - Studies have shown that eating fruits and vegetables may prevent skin from aging. While eating more carbohydrates and sugars can cause skin to age faster.
- Drink less alcohol! - Alcohol is rough on the skin. More importantly, it dehydrates the skin leading to damage to the skin. This can definitely cause your skin to look older.
- Excercise 2 to 3 days of the week.- Studies finds that moderate exercise can improve circulation and boost the immune system. This in turn may give the skin a more youthful look.
- Wash twice a day and use moisturizer. Moisturizer traps water in our skin, which gives it a more natural, youthful appearance.
- Glycolic acid(Alpha Hydroxy Acid)- helps slough off dead skin cells and improves the appearance and texture of your complexion all around.
- Lactic Acid( Alpha Hydroxy Acid)- Lactic acid is similar to Glycolic acid but it’s gentler. It’s great for Aging skin that is sensitive.
- Hyaluronic Acid- this acid is great for aging skin. Because it attracts water and retains moisture.
- Niacinamide- this ingredient is great for calming irritation and redness. Also if you suffer with discoloration, then look for this key ingredient in products.
- Retinol (Vitamin A)- this ingredient works to speed up the skin cell turnover. (Basically it creates an exfoliating effect to your skin)
